Shipping and returns

At XorkyoGOLFING, we want you to enjoy your purchase. If you need to make an exchange or return, we offer a simple and clear process:

Exchanges and Returns

• You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.
• Customized products do not accept exchanges or returns .
• A return label will be generated that you can easily place on the package.

Changes

• First change free .
• Second or subsequent changes : transport cost of €5.

Returns

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If you choose not to receive a full refund, we offer you a €5 voucher for future purchases.
• The refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the product at our facilities, directly to the original payment method.

Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original packaging , including all accessories and protective case .
• It should not show signs of use, stains or damage .
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order . We will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
