How to buy at Xorkyo Golfing?
To purchase an item from the XRKYO online store, simply select "ADD TO CART" on the product page and then click "CHECKOUT" to complete your purchase. You'll be redirected to a secure payment area where you can choose a delivery address and, if different, a billing address. The final step is secure checkout, where you can choose your payment method.
Can I purchase as a guest without having to register?
Yes, you can checkout as a guest without creating an online account. During the checkout process, you'll have the opportunity to create an account.
When will my credit/debit card be charged?
As soon as you place your order online, a payment authorization will be automatically requested to verify the validity of your credit card and the availability of funds. The amount will be charged immediately.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, it's completely secure. We guarantee high data protection in our online store. We use industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to enable the encryption of potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address, and other critical information like your credit card details.
We reserve the right to cancel transactions if necessary, as well as any order, if the requested information is not provided.
How can I request an invoice?
To receive an invoice, send us an email to info@xorkyo.com indicating the order number and your tax information, NAME, COMPANY NAME, CIF, COMPLETE ADDRESS. It will be sent to the email address you provide.
Can I change my address or shipping method after placing an order?
For security reasons, it's not possible to change the delivery or billing address or shipping method once an order has been placed.
How can I know what my size is?
Please refer to the Size Guide (under the size chart) available on the product page to find the equivalent size.
I have a discount code, how do I use it?
You must enter the code in the "Promotional Code" box that will appear during your purchase validation process.

Can I pick up my order at a collection point?
Our transport company GLS offers you the possibility of changing the address and delivery at any of its collection points.

What is the deadline for making changes and returns?
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request an exchange or return.
Can I return a personalized product?
No, personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned, so be sure to check with these types of products that this is what you really want to buy.
How can I manage my exchange or return?
For returns or exchanges, please follow this form .
Is the change free?
Yes, the first change is FREE .
Second or subsequent changes: shipping cost €5.
Can I request a refund for a return?
Yes, you can request a refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you choose not to receive a full refund, we offer you a €5 voucher for future purchases.
The refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the product at our facilities, directly to the original payment method.
Are there any limitations on exchanges or returns?
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and protective case .
It should not show signs of use, stains or damage .
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
What happens if my product has not arrived in good condition?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at info@xorkyo.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo within 5 days of receiving your order . We will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
